Company formation

All incorporation documents are prepared either in paper format or electronically;

You open a bank account and deposit the required share capital;

The signed documents are submitted to the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket);

After the company is registered, it is then registered with the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket).

We complete the sole proprietorship registration form for submission to Skatteverket;

All you need to do is sign—either on paper or using an electronic signature;

If required, we also prepare the necessary form for registration with Bolagsverket.

We prepare the necessary forms; all that’s left for you is to sign them.

You will need to provide several company-related documents, along with their translation into English/Swedish.
